From the rehabilitation center to his master’s degree and on to REHAFABRIK. Today, he works with a clear commitment to quality and evidence-based therapy, and in his role in quality management, he ensures that our team is constantly evolving.

What did you do before REHAFABRIK?

Before joining REHAFABRIK, I worked at an outpatient rehabilitation center and also offered home visits on a freelance basis. Over time, I realized that the nature and quality of the work no longer fulfilled me. I was dissatisfied professionally and wanted more—more depth, more quality, and more professional growth. In addition, I began a master’s program at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences while working, which I have since successfully completed.

What does your typical workday at REHAFABRIK look like these days? 

At REHAFABRIK, I have rediscovered my passion and purpose in physical therapy. Every day, we treat our patients using the best available internal and external expertise, meeting them exactly where they are in their recovery. In addition to direct therapy, my daily routine includes the structured preparation and follow-up of treatment plans, as well as professional collaboration within the team. I am now also responsible for quality management and ensuring compliance with our professional standards at all locations. I particularly enjoy sharing knowledge and helping our team grow.
