Comeback Story
Sina's Return After a Volleyball Injury
One small moment in the game is enough, and suddenly nothing works as it did before. That's exactly what happened to Sina while playing volleyball: she tore the labrum in her shoulder. The joint lip had to be surgically reattached, and the focus after the operation was clear: to make the shoulder stable, resilient, and ready for everyday life again.

THERAPEUTIC GOAL
To restore the shoulder's stability, strength, and ability to handle everyday activities.
DURATION OF THERAPY
6 months
At the start of rehabilitation, the focus was on restoring shoulder mobility and applying controlled stress to the structures. Step by step, the shoulder’s capacity for stress was increased until it could function stably and powerfully in all directions of movement.
As progress continued, the goal was to fully reintegrate the shoulder into an active lifestyle—with strength, control, and confidence in its own resilience.
“To be honest, I left REHAFABRIK stronger than I was before my injury—I never would have thought that. Over the months, I was constantly encouraged to stick with it and keep moving forward, step by step. That’s why I really looked forward to my appointments. Today, I can use my shoulder again without any limitations—and I actually feel stronger than before.”
