Aydrian's Comeback with REHAFABRIK

Sometimes, in sports, things just don't go according to plan. That was the case for Aydrian: he tore his ACL while playing in the regional handball league. His season was over, and surgery took precedence over match days. During the operation, he underwent ACL reconstruction, and his long road back to the court began.

The goal was to help Aydrian transition safely and effectively to the demands of competitive handball. To achieve this, we applied our criteria-based knee rehabilitation program and regularly monitored his progress using our performance diagnostics. 

Step by step, Aydrian made progress. Over the course of about 12 months, we gradually reintroduced him to the physical demands of handball. Until finally, it was time to get back on the court.
