The goal was to optimally prepare Siljan for the high physical demands of competitive lacrosse following his cruciate ligament tear. The focus was on stability and resilience. Using a personalized, performance-oriented rehabilitation approach and regular stress tests, we continuously monitored her progress and gradually increased the training intensity. Step by step, she made her way back to competitive sports. Today, Siljan isn’t just back on the field—she’s pursuing her goal with greater clarity and determination than ever before.
