As a front desk associate (m/f/d) at REHAFABRIK in downtown Bremen, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and staff. Your role as a front desk associate combines reception, organizational, and administrative duties.
That will be your job
A warm welcome and attentive care for patients at the practice
Efficient appointment scheduling and management
Assistance with administrative tasks and office organization
Communication with the physical therapy team
What you bring to the table
Enjoyment of working with people
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
Familiarity with common office software and a willingness to learn new systems
