That will be your job
You will be responsible for shift scheduling, administrative tasks, and organization at the site
You create the framework for truly excellent patient care
You streamline digital processes and establish clear workflows instead of dealing with a paper mess
You will be the point of contact for our front desk team
You serve as the link between physical therapists, the front desk, and the back office
You take responsibility and actively put the REHAFABRIK Way into practice
You're always there to listen to your team
What you bring to the table
Empathy and a passion for working with people
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
Professional experience in office management and active team coordination
Familiarity with common office software and your willingness to learn new systems
A team player mindset and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
